For 15 years, Roy served as a Financial Auditor for Westin Hotels under Marriott International, where he ensured financial integrity, strengthened internal controls, and provided strategic insights that optimized hotel operations. Beyond auditing, his leadership extends across Accounting, Front Office, Catering, Convention Services, Event Management, and Corporate and Association Sales. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to leading hospitality groups including Hilton, Hyatt, Omni, Starwood, Gaylord, and Marriott International, earning multiple awards that highlight both his technical expertise and his leadership impact.

Today, Roy brings his extensive knowledge to High Life Resort & Spa, where he advises on financial performance, compliance, and operational standards. His mission is to ensure that every facet of resort management from financial reporting to guest experience reflects world-class excellence.
