Kristyl Nelson is a global operator and real estate developer serving as Co-Founder, President & Global COO of Kindah Enterprises. She specializes in building and scaling luxury hospitality and mixed-use developments across the United States, Caribbean, and emerging international markets.

With a foundation shaped by both entrepreneurship and investment, Kristyl developed an early understanding of how to structure, scale, and sustain businesses. Her career reflects a consistent ability to align vision, capital, and execution, transforming ideas into high-performing, enduring assets.

Her experience spans multiple sectors, including hospitality, financial services, and real estate. In Jamaica, she was part of the senior leadership team at The Palms Resort in Negril, where she led daily operations, team performance, and guest experience, contributing to its recognition among the top ten boutique resorts in Jamaica for three consecutive years. She also founded Kristyl’s International Restaurant, which became the #1 dining destination in Negril on TripAdvisor.

In the United States, Kristyl co-founded University for Kids, scaling it into a multi-location early education company with four centers, each reaching full enrollment and generating multi-million-dollar annual revenues. She also founded Plentii, a financial services firm providing accounting systems, financial strategy, and operational infrastructure to business owners- improving cash flow, reducing risk, and strengthening long-term performance.

Kristyl has participated in 20+ multifamily real estate and development projects across the Washington, D.C. region, further strengthening her expertise in acquisitions, development, and asset performance.

Today at Kindah Enterprises, Kristyl leads a global team of 100+ across multiple countries and serves as the operational architect behind the company’s development platform. She oversees all core functions—including development, construction, operations, branding, investor relations, and execution—ensuring projects are delivered with precision, accountability, and long-term value.

Her current work includes leading large-scale developments such as the 200+ room expansion of High Life Resort & Spa in Negril, Jamaica and the development of Kindah City in the Middle East. Known for her ability to deliver measurable results, she has reduced operational liabilities by over 40%, implemented systems that drive sustainable growth, and built high-performing teams across diverse markets.

Kristyl’s leadership style is rooted in clarity, alignment, and execution. She believes the future of luxury lies at the intersection of culture, community, and conscious design—but that true value is created through disciplined operations and strategic precision.

She studied Business, Commercial Real Estate, and Blockchain & Digital Assets through The Wharton School and attended the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York. She serves as a board member of Removing Borders Non-Profit and the Brighter Futures Foundation.
