Our Story

From One Family to Global Vision

Kindah Enterprises is built on a simple but powerful idea drawn from the Jamaican Maroon language: “Kindah” means “one family.”  This principle guides everything we do.  Founder Garth Vickers began his career in hospitality and real estate with globally recognised brands such as SuperClubs, Marriott and Landry’s.  His leadership of The Palms Resort in Negril (2007–2010) earned the property TripAdvisor’s top‑ranked restaurant and a Top‑10 boutique hotel listing for three consecutive years.  He later founded Vickers Financial Group, helping teachers and families across the U.S. move from high‑risk retirement plans into more secure vehicles such as indexed annuities and indexed universal life policies.  His unwavering philosophy – “You don’t have to put your money at risk to earn more money” – still guides our approach to wealth protection and growth.

What we are offering

01.

One Family

Our Mission and Meaning

Kindah Enterprises stands for “one family,” an ethos rooted in the Maroon language of Jamaica.  We connect everyday investors to luxury hospitality projects, giving them access to opportunities typically reserved for institutions while fostering community and shared success.

02.

Leadership

Founder’s Expertise

Founder and CEO Garth Vickers brings decades of experience in hospitality and finance.  He has held leadership roles at SuperClubs, Marriott and Landry’s, and his tenure at The Palms Resort in Negril earned the hotel top TripAdvisor rankings.  As a licensed tax accountant and certified estate planner, he leads Kindah’s cautious yet innovative approach.

03.

Wealth Protection

Secure Financial Strategies

In 2013 Garth launched a campaign to help teachers and parents move retirement funds from high‑risk accounts into safer options. His rule is simple: protect principal first. Over US$45 million was redeployed into index‑linked annuities and life policies, ensuring clients never lost money due to market volatility.

04.

Smart Leverage

Zero‑Dollar Investing & Property Flips

Kindah pioneered a “zero‑dollar” strategy that leverages the cash value of life insurance to finance real estate. Between 2014–2016 the team flipped more than 20 properties in Washington, DC and Maryland with typical net profits around 18 % in six months. This same approach funds larger multifamily syndications today.

05.

Broad Portfolio

Diversified Business Ventures

Beyond real estate, Kindah invested in operating businesses. Four Kiddie University/University for Kids childcare centers in Washington, DC deliver steady cash flow. Investments in restaurants, bars, beauty and healthcare ventures further diversify revenue streams and demonstrate operational expertise.

06.

Global Stays

Short‑Term Rentals Portfolio

Kindah has developed high‑yield short‑term rentals in Upper Marlboro (MD), Davenport (FL), Tulum (Mexico) and National Harbor (MD).  These properties produce double‑digit returns and international exposure, proving the team’s ability to manage diverse hospitality assets.

07.

Current Success

High Life Resort
& Spa Today

Situated on 30 acres in Negril’s hills, High Life Resort & Spa offers 12 suites and a full‑service restaurant with 12–15 % annual returns. Its location near Seven Mile Beach, Rick’s Café and Jamwest Adventure Park taps into Negril’s growing demand for boutique, authentic experiences.

08.

Future Growth

High Life Expansion Plans

By January 2026 the resort will expand to 23 five‑star rooms, including swim‑up suites; by summer the total will rise to 65. Long‑term plans call for over 200 rooms, 23 villas, multiple dining venues, spa and fitness facilities, sports courts and a rooftop pool—phased to ensure each stage is funded and operational before the next.

09.

vision for the future

Future Projects: Beachfront & UAE

From 2026–2028 Kindah will develop a 23.5‑acre beachfront and polo resort with 200 rooms, ocean bungalows, a polo field and marina. Concurrently, the team will build a prototype Kindah City in the UAE featuring AI‑integrated villas and condos, paving the way for a master community by 2030.

10.

Investor Focus

Investment Approach
& Invitation

Kindah prioritizes capital preservation, thorough due diligence and diversification across hospitality and multifamily real estate.
