The Opportunity
High Life Resort & Spa is being developed on a 53-acre oceanview estate in Negril's West End, one of the largest single land holdings of its scale in this corridor, where cliffside terrain and established development patterns have historically constrained large-format luxury resort development. With 30 acres currently under active development, the project comprises 265 luxury hotel rooms and 24 private villas, purpose-built to serve the international luxury travel market in one of the Caribbean's most recognized destinations.
The Development
The full-service resort program includes destination dining across three restaurants, a spa and wellness center, fitness facilities, sports courts, five resort pools, a conference and ballroom venue, five dedicated oceanview wedding locations, and a helipad. A 4-acre on-site organic farm supports a farm-to-table culinary program. Construction period runs 2026 through 2028, with a target opening in 2029.
