The Development
The full-service resort program includes destination dining across three restaurants, a spa and wellness center, fitness facilities, sports courts, five resort pools, a conference and ballroom venue, five dedicated oceanview wedding locations, and a helipad. A 4-acre on-site organic farm supports a farm-to-table culinary program. Construction period runs 2026 through 2028, with a target opening in 2029.
