Lorna Satahoo-Clarke brings more than three decades of distinguished leadership in hospitality management to her role as Hotel Operations & Compliance Director of High Life Resort & Spa. A seasoned executive with deep expertise in hotel operations, compliance, and guest experience, she has managed daily operations, large-scale compliance frameworks, and customer excellence programs across Jamaica’s most prestigious resorts.

Lorna has served in senior leadership roles at Azul Beach Resorts by Karisma, Royalton Negril, Hideaway, and Grand Lido Negril, Sunscape Splash & Cove Montego Bay, Oasis at Sunset Montego Bay, and SuperClubs Resorts, where her leadership earned multiple TripAdvisor Awards, Service Excellence Awards, and recognition for consistently achieving industry-leading guest satisfaction scores. She has overseen operations for multi-property portfolios, ensuring brand standards, profitability, and compliance with international certifications including HACCP and TPDCO.

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University College of the Caribbean, an Associate Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Hocking College, and specialized training at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration in Financial Management, Hospitality Sales, and Industry Accounting.
