At GraceKennedy, he spearheaded an 8-month SAP S/4HANA transformation, integrating inventory, manufacturing, and distribution with SAP CO for real-time cost tracking and dynamic pricing. In hospitality and real estate, Robert has applied the same rigor to FP&A, CapEx/OpEx governance, F&B and procurement controls, internal audit, and owner/lender reporting.
