Adnan Yousaf

Adnan Yousaf is an accomplished international accounting and compliance leader with over 18 years of experience across real estate, insurance, banking, and multinational corporate finance. He holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance along with global credentials including CBA, FFA (UK), FIPA (Australia), and CAF (Pakistan), equipping him with deep expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and international compliance frameworks.

Adnan holds multiple professional designations, including CAF (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan), FFA (Institute of Financial Accountants – UK), FIPA (Institute of Public Accountants – Australia), and an MBA in Accounting & Finance from AeU Malaysia. His diverse training gives him expertise in IFRS, GAAP, ISAs, VAT systems, and international tax structures, equipping him to manage complex, cross-border financial operations.

Over his career, Adnan has led finance and compliance for multinational organizations such as DPI LLC (Dubai), NMA FZE (Sharjah), Adam’s Foods (Pakistan), and UI Group. He also has extensive audit and tax advisory experience with RSM AHLN Chartered Accountants. In addition, he has supported over 1,000 U.S. clients in accounting and taxation matters through his IRS PTIN certification, underscoring his global reach and adaptability. He began in real estate with Paragon City (Pakistan), then served for five years in the printing industry in Dubai, and currently leads finance and compliance for United International Group, a diversified group of nine companies across insurance, banking, and real estate development. Over the past six years, he has overseen complex financial operations, strengthened compliance systems, and supported sustainable growth across this global platform.

At Kindah, Adnan is responsible for financial reporting and risk management across the firm’s international hospitality and real estate investments. He plays a key role in consolidating global accounts, implementing internal controls, and ensuring that investor capital is safeguarded through rigorous compliance frameworks.
