Biography

Garth Vickers is a private equity executive, hospitality operator, and real estate developer with more than two decades of experience structuring and scaling high-performing assets across the United States, Caribbean, and global markets.

As Founder, Chairman & CEO of Kindah Enterprises operating its real estate and capital markets division as Kindah Capital Group  Garth leads a private real estate and hospitality development platform currently executing its flagship development  High Life Resort & Spa a $260M institutional-grade project on a 53-acre estate in Negril, Jamaica, comprising 265 luxury hotel rooms and 24 private villas across 30 acres of active development.

Garth's career in hospitality began with leadership roles at Marriott International, SuperClubs Resorts, and Landry's Hospitality Group, where he developed deep operational expertise across large-scale resort management. From 2007 to 2010, he served as Managing Director of a beachfront property in Negril, Jamaica, leading operations, team development, and property enhancements that earned the resort Top 10 boutique hotel recognition on TripAdvisor, with its restaurant ranked #1 for three consecutive years.

In parallel, Garth founded and built Vickers Financial Group into a capital management practice overseeing more than $100 million in client assets,  deploying a disciplined, preservation-first investment philosophy focused on consistent returns and downside protection across market cycles.

Garth and his team have executed more than 25 successful real estate and business ventures across the United States, Caribbean, and Mexico, spanning multifamily acquisitions, short-term rental portfolios, and operating businesses. In 2015, the team developed the first University for Kids childcare center in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC, delivering 25%+ returns to investors within 18 months. Three additional locations followed, with all four centers now operating at full enrollment and generating consistent cash flow.

In 2021, Garth acquired the property that would become High Life Resort & Spa in Negril, Jamaica. Under his leadership, the asset has been developed from a boutique property into the foundation of a large-scale institutional resort development,  now representing Kindah's flagship $260M capital raise and the centerpiece of the firm's Caribbean growth strategy.

Garth's approach to development is rooted in operational discipline, capital efficiency, and long-term value creation,  building assets designed to perform across market cycles and deliver enduring returns for investors and communities alike.

"True freedom comes from building and being part of something meaningful." Garth Vickers, Founder, Chairman & CEO
