Biography
“Wealth is not measured in possessions, but in experiences. Our purpose in life is to journey through God’s beautiful creation, collecting moments that bring fulfillment to the soul. True freedom is found in being part of something extraordinary.”
— Garth Vickers, CEO, Kindah Enterprises
Garth Vickers is a finance expert, investor, and visionary leader redefining wealth creation and luxury hospitality. As Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Kindah Enterprises, Garth oversees a global portfolio that spans private equity, real estate development, and world-class resort projects in Jamaica and the UAE.
His career began in hospitality with Marriott International, SuperClubs Resorts, and Landry’s Hospitality Group, where he gained first-hand experience in operations and large-scale hospitality management. From 2007 to 2010, he served as Managing Director of The Palms Resort in Negril, Jamaica, where he built new rooms, a full-service restaurant and pool, and led a team of 100+ employees. Under his leadership, the resort achieved Top 10 boutique hotel recognition on TripAdvisor, with its restaurant ranked #1 for three consecutive years.
At the same time, Garth built Vickers Financial Group in the United States into a trusted firm managing more than $100 million in client assets. His signature approach, secure, low-risk investment strategies that protect against market loss has helped thousands of families build and safeguard wealth. His mantra is simple: “You don’t have to put your money at risk to earn more money.”
Garth’s innovative investment strategies have powered over 25 successful real estate and business ventures across the U.S., Caribbean, and Mexico. These include multifamily acquisitions, short-term rental portfolios, and childcare businesses. In 2015, the team pooled capital to open the first Kiddie University dba University For Kids Childcare Development Center in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC. Investors were repaid in full plus 25% returns within 18 months. The success led to a second center in 2016, where investors made 25%+ ROI, and then to two more locations in Deanwood and Navy Yard.
Today, Kiddie University dba University for Kids operates four successful centers with plans to expand further, providing consistent business cash flow alongside real estate investments.
In 2021, Garth acquired the property that would become the High Life Resort & Spa in Negril, Jamaica. What began as a three-room villa has grown under his leadership into a boutique luxury resort with 12 rooms, a restaurant, bar, cabanas, and rooftop jacuzzis with a bold expansion plan underway to build a 200+ room five-star resort, 23 luxury villas, and a Polo Club in partnership with Monte Carlo Polo Federation.
Looking ahead, Garth is spearheading Kindah City UAE, a groundbreaking luxury destination in the Middle East that combines tokenized real estate, AI-integrated smart villas, and global hospitality experiences.
A lifelong strategist, builder, and risk manager, Garth Vickers is driven by a clear vision: to democratize access to wealth-building opportunities and create world-class destinations that inspire, uplift, and endure.
