Joseph Orsi

Joseph Orsi is a CFA Charterholder and financial strategist with over a decade of experience in real estate, private equity, and hospitality development. He has been directly involved in more than $1B in capital raises and $300M+ in acquisitions, supporting complex transactions across global markets.

Joseph specializes in financial modeling, capital structuring, and investor reporting, with deep expertise in underwriting large-scale developments, including resort and mixed-use projects. He has worked closely with executive teams and institutional partners to build financial frameworks that support capital deployment, lender compliance, and long-term asset performance.

Prior to his current role, Joseph was an analyst at J.P. Morgan’s Global Investment Management division, where he contributed to corporate strategy and investment initiatives across asset management platforms.

Throughout his career, he has partnered with developers, private equity firms, and operating companies to deliver investor-ready financial models, structure debt and equity raises, and guide projects from underwriting through execution.

As CFO, Joseph oversees financial strategy, capital planning, and investor reporting, ensuring disciplined execution and alignment across all phases of development.
