Amr Hassanein serves as the Global Controller & Compliance Director of Kindah Enterprises, where he brings extensive expertise in finance, compliance, and emerging technologies, particularly AI and blockchain. With nearly two decades of experience across media, technology, and startup ecosystems, Amr combines operational discipline with innovation to support Kindah’s global private equity and hospitality initiatives.

Amr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (2005) and an MBA in Finance (2015). His career began in digital media, where he played a pivotal role at Dubai Media Inc., leading the company’s digital transformation and positioning its brands for global recognition, including mentions by Forbes Middle East. He spearheaded the development of flagship projects such as Dubai Sports, Al Bayan, and Emirates 247, strengthening the region’s digital media footprint.

From 2016 to 2019, Amr founded and operated a blockchain-based digital marketing venture, becoming an early mover in distributed ledger technology (DLT) applications. His entrepreneurial experience includes C-level roles such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at startups like Flexouts, where he led technology and product strategy, secured pre-seed funding, and developed scalable platforms.

As a strategic advisor, Amr has guided more than 30 founders and CEOs across industries including cybersecurity, AI, smart homes, PropTech, hospitality, and SaaS. His advisory focus covers go-to-market strategy, product development, fundraising, and risk management, equipping early-stage and high-growth companies with frameworks to scale responsibly.
